🏡 Introduction
With the rapid transformation of society, increasing academic pressure, and evolving social influences, students today face more complex challenges in adaptation. As a result, the role of student affairs has become increasingly vital.
The Office of Student Affairs at our school encompasses student life guidance, character and discipline education, and psychological counseling. Centered on moral and character development, our goal is to cultivate Chung Cheng youth who possess integrity, sound physical and mental health, positive attitudes, and vibrant energy.
Student affairs integrate instruction, discipline, and counseling into a unified approach, emphasizing individualized guidance and student-centered development. As our students are in a critical stage of physical and psychological growth, their behaviors and values are easily influenced by external factors. Therefore, a comprehensive system of discipline planning, life guidance, and counseling services is essential to guide, educate, and support students in developing strong character and achieving positive outcomes.
Psychological counseling services focus equally on personal counseling and academic guidance. Both group counseling and individual counseling approaches are employed. With dedicated counseling staff as the foundation, all faculty and staff members collaborate actively. Under the leadership of the Principal, academic affairs, discipline, and counseling are closely integrated, supported by all administrative units, to provide a nurturing environment where students can grow and move toward a confident and successful future.
Objectives of Discipline and Character Education
