Medical Office

🏡 Introduction

 

The Medical Office is responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to ensure the physical well-being of all students and staff. Its core functions include outpatient and emergency medical services, preventive healthcare, and medical examinations.

The Office offers outpatient and emergency care, assists with medical referrals when necessary, and actively promotes preventive health programs. In addition, it manages physical examinations for students at various stages, ensuring that all health requirements are met in accordance with school and military regulations.


Services

1. Provides outpatient and emergency medical services, and assists with referral arrangements.

2. Implements preventive healthcare programs and related services.


Physical Examinations

  • Admission health examinations for junior and senior high school students
  • Periodic health examinations during enrollment
  • Health examinations for junior high students advancing to higher levels
  • Assistance with physical examinations for senior high military program candidates

📍 Clinic Hours

  • Weekdays / Holidays

    • Morning: 07:00 – 11:00
    • Noon: 12:00 – 13:30
    • Afternoon: 15:00 – 17:30
    • Evening: 18:30 – 21:30

    Emergency services are available outside regular clinic hours.

3. Compiles materials for meetings.

4. Manages military medical personnel affairs.

● Clinical Division

Aviation Medical Officer

 

1. Provides outpatient and emergency medical services.

2. Conducts physical fitness evaluations.

3. Performs aviation-related vision examinations.

Medical Officer

1. Provides outpatient and emergency medical services.

2. Conducts physical fitness evaluations.

3. Assists in the treatment and coordination of care for injured or ill personnel.

Senior NCO / Section Chief

1. Manages student physical examinations and health evaluations.

2. Conducts health examinations for military personnel and staff.

3. Assists in preventive healthcare programs.

Medical Assistant

1. Manages emergency medical technician (EMT) certification and training.

2. Assists in preventive healthcare programs.

Medical Supply Assistant

1. Manages budgeting, adjustment, and control of military medical operation funds.

2. Handles medical supply logistics (Category VIII military supplies).

3. Assists in preventive healthcare programs.
