The purpose of our center is to cooperate with the goals and functions of high school education. The information collection, organization, preservation, and application are provided to promote physical and mental development of students, make them healthy citizens, and allow to them learn basic knowledge and use information.

The center is a three-story building. The first floor has a service counter, themed book exhibition, Bu Er Jia exhibition, current journal section, and an information search area. The second floor includes bookshelves (class 8-9 and children's books) and a reading area, while the third floor contains bookshelves (class 0-7), a military English library, and a reference books area.
